    Use your personal email address, not your school email address (no ".edu").

    • Your school might deactivate your email account after you graduate or leave their program.
    If you use a single name / do not have a surname or family name:
    • Enter a period (.) in the "First Name" field.
    • Enter your name in the "Last Name" field.

    • Do not attempt to create a new account. Go to our help document.
